They have two boys, Donathan and Chandlor. Terri is a LVN and has been a nurse for over 19 years. She now works at the Bead Fountian in College Station.

Matt's father, Ted Ratcliffe has been a in the real estate and new construction fields over 40 years. He is a licensed real estate broker for the State of Texas. He is also a Rancher along with my brother they run about 500 head of Brangus cattle.

Career History:

1986-2004 Sold 564 plus New and Pre-owned Homes in and around Lubbock.

He has served as Chairman to the MLS Committee and the Builder REALTOR. Committee at the Lubbock Asscocition of REALTORS. He also served 3 years on the Board of Directors of the Lubbock Assoction of REALTORS.. (LAOR)

Matt served on the Board of Directors of the West Texas Home Buliders Association. He has served as the Chairman of the Parade of Homes and other committees at WTHBA.

He has served as office manager of 2 other real estate companys in Lubbock.

2007- June 2008:
